Save the Children runs 3 kindergarten centers in the #Zaatari Refugee Camp. This school serves 1,000 students a week between the ages of 3 and 5.
It’s a pleasure to see the children line up in single file as so many schoolchildren in other parts of the world do. Witnessing these kindergarteners first-hand reminds us that childhood is universal. It’s a welcome sight, considering that between 2.1 and 2.4 million children in Syria were unable to return to school last September due to attacks on schools.
